ABOUT THE FISHING BEAR CONDO

Condo Amenities:

2 bedrooms and 1 full & 1 half baths
2 levels of space: 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom upstairs and a dedicated mud room, kitchen with island seating, living room, half bathroom, and private deck space on the main level
Full-sized kitchen: Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, all dishware and silverware, soap, and paper towels
Queen bed in each of the two upstairs bedrooms
Sofa sleeper couch in the living room
Open concept main floor
Internet TV in the living room
Fiber-Optic with Complementary WiFi

Condo Complex Amenities:

Pet-free facility
Shared walkout lower level with large community room for group gatherings, parties or more
The open concept community room features a full kitchen (16 place setting) with dining area (two tables to be used together or separate), media area with sectional couch & high-top bar with stool seating, and game room area with non-pay games (ping pong, foosball, & soft-tip darts)
Sauna, two additional half bathrooms, and rinse shower
Private soft sand beach with dock and floating swimming pad
Fire pit with seating adjacent the beach (fire wood bundles available)
Grills and picnic tables in the backyard with which the community room doors open up to
Free use of the 9 kayaks & rowboat (adult life jackets provided)
A Pontoon is tied up at the dock and offered for rent exclusively to Big Bear guests by the Main Store. Current rates are $99/day and include a 20# bag of ice and full tank of gas!
Many trails and outdoor activities available during every season!
Plenty of parking (trailers too!)

“Everything was perfect! We had a group of 17 adults and 1 toddler so we rented all 4 units. The community room is AMAZING! Units & Comm. Room had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfy and everything is brand new. Tons of stuff- kayaks, ping pong, corn hole etc. Kitchens fully stocked.I literally can't think of anything we didn't like! Owner was so very helpful too! GREAT STAY and we hope to book again with friends etc.

Booked all four condos for a large family ATV trip, worked perfectly for our multiple families to get together. Community room was a great area to gather together for our meals. Kids spent many hours swimming and kayaking in the lake.

“This location/facility worked out perfect for our family of 21. The 4 separate condos were great for the 4 families and the community room was perfect for all of us to get together for meals, etc. The waterfront was exceptional with a very long shallow area to the end of dock that the kids greatly enjoyed and parents did not have to worry about any deep drop-offs. Will book this facility again for next / following year!
